The worst natural disaster in our country’13, Uttarakhand still lies trapped in the destructive floods and landslides, which is making it more miserable for people to survive even. The disaster that ended lives of several people and those alive, are ruined. Not only the people of that area, but people from all over the world are suffering, who came for pilgrimage to Badrinath and Kedarnath. To add to the misery, Foggy and overcast conditions in Dehradun have delayed take off by many choppers who are helping the victims and the conditions are worsening day by day. The people who are waiting for rescue are going through hell, praying for one more day in their life. The Government no doubt is helping the victims, providing them with medicines, clothes, food items, utensils, building materials etc but is the help enough? Is the help provided sufficient to satisfy everyone? Sadly, the answer is no!

I request each and every one to stand up and contribute as much as one can. There are several help line numbers on Google, which will definitely help the needy people. Not for everyone, but we can do our bit, and we should – for our country, for our people. And for those who passed away, may their soul rest in peace.
